Ingredients

12ozapricot preserves,(1 jar)

10ozRussian-style salad dressing,(1 bottle), like Wishbone®

1ozdry onion soup mix,(1 package)

8chicken breast halves,skinless, boneless

Preparation

Whisk the apricot preserves, Russian-style salad dressing, and dry onion soup mix together in a bowl. Pour into a resealable plastic bag.

Add the chicken breasts, coat with the marinade, then squeeze to remove excess air and seal the bag. Marinate in the refrigerator for 1 hour to overnight.

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

Dump the chicken and marinade into a 12×9-inch baking dish.

Bake in the oven, basting regularly, for 45 minutes to 1 hour, until no longer pink in the center and the juices run clear. An instant-read thermometer inserted into the center should read at least 165 degrees F.

Serve warm over rice, and enjoy!
