Ingredients

5chicken thighs,bone in and skin on

3tbspsoy sauce,low sodium

2tbspwater

¼cupbrown sugar,packed

2garlic cloves,minced

1tbspginger,minced

½yellow onion,minced

¼tspcrushed red pepper flakes

Preparation

Mix together the chicken, soy sauce, water, brown sugar, garlic, ginger, onion, and red pepper flakes in a large bowl.

Let the mixture marinate overnight.

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.

Bake in the chicken in a baking pan for 30 to 35 minutes or until cooked through.

Serve warm over rice, and enjoy!
