Ingredients
2tbspbutter
1tbspolive oil
8ozwhite mushrooms,whole or sliced to preference
2garlic cloves,minced
½cupheavy cream
¼cupparmesan cheese,grated
2ozcream cheese,softened
1tspItalian seasoning
½tspsalt
¼tsppepper
fresh parsley,chopped, for garnish
Preparation
In a medium sized skillet over medium high heat, add the butter and olive oil. Add the mushrooms and garlic and sauté until tender.
Add the heavy cream, parmesan cheese, cream cheese, Italian seasoning, salt and pepper. Stir with the mushrooms and heat until the sauce is bubbly and smooth.
Serve immediately, garnish with fresh parsley, and enjoy!
