Ingredients

½cupold-fashioned rolled oats,uncooked

2cupsfrozen strawberries

1cupplain yogurt,(regular or Greek, any fat percentage)

1cupunsweetened vanilla almond milk,or milk of choice

½medium banana,(fresh or frozen), sliced

¼tsppure almond extract

2tsphoney,optional

Preparation

In a blender, combine the oats, strawberries, yogurt, almond milk, banana, and almond extract.

Starting on low speed, puree the ingredients. Turn the blender on high and continue to puree until smooth. Serve right away.
