Ingredients

½ lb bacon rashers

4 pcs sub rolls, sliced in half, toasted

2 cups iceberg lettuce, shredded

8 oz tomatoes, thinly sliced

8 tbsp mayonnaise

Preparation

Cook or roast the bacon until crispy, then drain them on paper towels.

Slice your sub rolls in half and toast.

Spread roughly 1 tablespoon mayonnaise on each slice of toasted bread.

Add half a cup of shredded lettuce to the bottom half of each roll.

Add roughly 1-ounce tomato slices on top of the lettuce and arrange roughly 2-ounce crispy bacon evenly on top of the tomato slices.

Place the toasted bread on top to finish the sandwiches. Serve and enjoy!
