Ingredients

1 lb sausage, crumbled, or bacon

4 hash brown patties, frozen

6 oz cheddar cheese, grated

6 eggs

1 cup milk

1 tsp salt

½ tsp pepper

½ tsp dry mustard

½ cup onion, chopped

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Line an 8 by 8 baking dish with frozen hash browns.

Sprinkle hash browns with crumbled sausage or bacon.

In a bowl, mix together eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and dry mustard.

Pour the mixture over the meat and hash browns.

Top with grated cheddar cheese.

Bake in the oven for 45 minutes to an hour.
