Ingredients
3 lb pork chops, boneless, skinless, cut into 1½-inch thickness
5¼ oz yellow onion, cut into rings
1 lemon, cut into rings
½ cup ketchup
½ cup brown sugar
¼ cup apple juice
salt and ground black pepper , to taste
¼ cup vegetables, roasted, per serving
¼ cup mashed potatoes, per serving
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Combine brown sugar, apple juice, and ketchup. Mix until sugar has dissolved. Set aside.
Place the pork into the baking casserole. Season pork chops with salt and pepper.
Top each pork chop with onion and lemon rings.
Pour the prepared sauce on top of pork chops.
Cover with foil and bake the chops for roughly 1 hour until fully cooked.
Serve together with potatoes and vegetables cooked to your preference.
