Ingredients

1cupall purpose flour

½cupbutter,melted

1cuppecans,ground

8ozcream cheese

1cupconfectioner’s sugar

21ozlemon pie filling

21ozwhipped topping,frozen, thawed

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

In a 7×11-inch baking dish, combine the flour, melted butter and half of pecans. Spread the mixture evenly.

Bake for 25 minutes, or until golden brown. Let cool completely.

In a medium bowl, cream together the cream cheese and confectioners’ sugar until smooth. Spread over cooled crust.

Chill for 30 minutes in the refrigerator.

Spread the lemon pie filling over the chilled dessert. Spread the whipped topping over the lemon filling, and top with remaining pecans. Refrigerate until serving.
