Ingredients
2lbssweet potatoes,small
2tbspolive oil
½tspseasoned salt
black pepper,to taste
Preparation
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Scrub potatoes (or peel if preferred). Cut into 1-inch thick wedges.
Toss potatoes with oil and seasonings. Place potatoes skin side down on prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 35 to 40 minutes until golden brown.
