Ingredients
1lbelbow macaroni,cooked
1cupwhole milk
12ozevaporated milk,(2 cans)
3eggs
2tbspsour cream
1cupbutter,cut into small pieces
½lbcolby cheese
½lbmonterey jack cheese,shredded
½lbsharp cheddar cheese,shredded
1lbVelveeta cheese,cut in chunks
salt,to taste
1tbspwhiter pepper
1tbspsugar
1cupAmerican cheese,or 1 cup mild cheddar cheese, shredded,
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Put pasta in a 9×13-inch casserole dish and set aside.
Mix milk and eggs well in a large bowl. Add the butter, sour cream, colby cheese, Monterey jack cheese, sharp cheddar, and velveeta cheese to the pasta.
Pour milk and egg mixture over the pasta. Season with salt, pepper, sugar, and toss. Sprinkle with American cheese.
Bake for 30 to 45 minutes or until top is lightly browned.
