Ingredients

1 tbsp sesame seeds

2 small raw Swiss chard

2 tsp olive oil

½ cup water

2 tsp margarine spread, soft tub

4 lemon wedges

kosher salt, to taste

pepper, to taste

Preparation

Sprinkle the sesame seeds on the bottom of a large pot and toast.

Remove and set aside the seeds.

Wash the Swiss chard thoroughly and cut the stem away from the leaves at the thickest part.

Chop the leaves into bite-size pieces.

Add the olive oil to the pot and let the oil get warm.

Add the chard and water to help the steaming process.

Cook the Swiss chard with the cover on for about 8 to 10 minutes, until the leaves start to wilt.

Drain any excess water and place in a large bowl.

Add salt and pepper to taste, add the spread, lemon juice, and toasted sesame seeds.
