Ingredients
1canCampbell’s® Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup
sour cream
¼tspground black pepper
1bagvegetable combination
1canfrench onions,fried
½cupswiss cheese
Preparation
Stir the soup, sour cream, black pepper, vegetables, ⅔ cup of onions, and ¼ of cup cheese in an 8x8x2-inch casserole dish. Cover the casserole.
Bake at 350 degrees F for 40 minutes or until the vegetables are tender. Stir the vegetable mixture. Top with the remaining onions and cheese.
Bake for 5 minutes more or until the cheese is melted.
Serve warm and enjoy.
