Ingredients
12 burrito-sized flour tortillas
1½ cups nacho cheese sauce
1 cup cheddar cheese, finely shredded
3 cups mexican rice
1 lb Taco Bell ground beef
1 cup light sour cream
1 cup Taco Bell chipotle sauce
vegetable oil spray
Preparation
Place tortillas in damp paper towels and heat in the microwave for 20 seconds with medium heat.
Remove tortillas and evenly spread cheese and cheddar on one of the tortillas, leaving an inch from the circumference. Cover the top of each tortilla with remaining tortillas and press down gently.
Add Mexican rice, ground beef, sour cream, and chipotle sauce on top of the second tortilla. Carefully fold the top and bottom and roll tightly.
Apply vegetable oil spray to a pan and heat on medium high. Cook burrito for 2 minutes on each side until toasted.
Serve warm and enjoy.
