Ingredients

½cupolive oil

½cupwhite vinegar,distilled

½cuplime juice,fresh

1.4ozsalad dressing mix,(2 packages), dry Italian style

3whole chicken breast,boneless skinless

1onion,sliced

1green bell pepper,sliced

Preparation

In a large glass bowl, combine the oil, vinegar, lime juice, and dry salad dressing mix. Mix together.

Add the chicken strips, onion and bell pepper.

Cover the dish and refrigerate. Marinate for 3 to 6 hours.

In a large skillet, heat the oil. Remove the chicken, onion and bell pepper from the marinade, and sauté it in oil for 20 minutes or until chicken is cooked through or juices run clear and the onion is translucent.

Serve and enjoy.
