Ingredients

16ozziti pasta

20ozalfredo sauce

8ozsour cream

15ozricotta cheese

2large eggs,beaten

¼cupparmesan cheese,grated

¼cupparsley,fresh and chopped

1cupmozzarella cheese

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

Prepare the pasta according to package directions. Drain and pour back into the pot.

In a large bowl, combine the alfredo sauce and sour cream. Add the ziti and toss until coated.

Spoon ½ of the pasta into a greased 9×13-inch dish.

In a separate bowl, stir together the ricotta cheese, eggs, parmesan and most of the parsley. Spread evenly over pasta in the baking dish. Evenly spoon remaining pasta on top.

Sprinkle with Mozzarella cheese and a little fresh Parsley.

Bake for 25 to 30 minutes.

Serve and enjoy.
