Ingredients
2 cups brown sugar
½ cup milk
1 cup peanut butter
1 tbsp white chocolate
Preparation
Grease a 7-inch springform cake tin by brushing with room temperature butter.
In a heavy saucepan, bring the milk and sugar to a rolling boil.
After some time, remove the saucepan from the heat and stir in the peanut butter. Continue stirring by hand with a spoon until the mixture begins to thicken.
Next, quickly pour the mixture into the greased cake tin. Spread evenly.
Transfer to a chilled area & allow the fudge to firm up, at least 2 hours.
Portion and garnish to your preference. Serve.
