Ingredients
⅔cupparmesan cheese,grated
¼cupextra-virgin olive oil
½cupred bell pepper,chopped
¼cupbasil leaves,tightly packed
¼tspred pepper flakes
black pepper,ground, to taste
Preparation
Place the Parmesan cheese and olive oil in a blender or food processor; blend until smooth.
Add the red bell pepper, basil, red pepper flakes, and black pepper; blend again until smooth.
