Ingredients
7 oz dark bittersweet chocolate
4 oz mascarpone cheese
2 cups heavy cream
2 tsp instant coffee
2 tbsp marsala wine
Preparation
Heat the dark bittersweet chocolate in the microwave for a minute.
In another bowl, beat the heavy cream with an electric mixer.
Add in the mascarpone cheese, instant coffee, and marsala wine. Beat until it’s soft, then add the melted chocolate mixture.
Combine the mixture until it thickens. Pipe into individual cups.
Chill before serving.
Top with raspberries and chocolate shavings, then serve and enjoy!
