Ingredients
2 cups tomatoes, fresh and diced
1 onion
4 garlic cloves
⅓ cup basil
4 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
salt and pepper mix
baguette, or any Italian bread
Preparation
Dice and chop the tomatoes, onions, garlic, and basil then transfer to a bowl.
Pour the olive oil and season with salt and pepper mix.
Slice the bread and toast it in the oven for a few minutes.
Serve the tomato mixture on top of the bread.
