Ingredients
5cupsblack beans,cooked, rinsed, drained, *
2corn ears,or 1 can of organic corn, shucked, drained
6medium roma tomatoes,chopped, drained, **
2bunchesgreen onion,chopped
2limes,juiced
fresh cilantro,chopped
white wine vinegar,to taste
jalapeño,fresh or pickled, or Fresno peppers
salt,to taste
Preparation
Toss all the ingredients into a big bowl.
Stir it all together and chill for several hours.
Serve with chips, and enjoy!
