Preparation
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
Grease a 9 x 13-inch baking pan with cooking spray.
Combine the cake mix, eggs, milk, vanilla, and cinnamon in a large mixing bowl.
Beat with a hand mixer to combine until well incorporated.
Pour into prepared pan.
Bake for 30 to 35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
Cool in the pan on a wire rack for 20 minutes.
In a large bowl, combine the evaporated milk, sweetened condensed milk, and heavy cream together.
Whisk until combined.
Use a chopstick or skewer, and generously poke holes on top of the warm cake.
Pour the milk mixture slowly over the cake, and let the mixture absorb and fill the holes.
Refrigerate, covered, for at least 4 hours or overnight.
Add the cream, confectioner’s sugar, and vanilla in a bowl, then beat until it begins to thicken.
Continue to beat until soft peaks form.
Spread the cream over the cake.
Serve with sliced strawberries, and enjoy!
