Ingredients
¼cupcaramel ice cream topping,plus 2 tbsp, divided
6ozready to use graham cracker crumb crust
½cupPLANTERS pecans,plus 2 tbsp, chopped, divided
6.8ozJELLO vanilla flavor instant pudding,(2 pkgs)
1cupcold milk
1cuppumpkin,canned
1tspground cinnamon
½tspground nutmeg
8ozCOOL WHIP whipped topping,(1 container), thawed, divided
Preparation
Pour ¼ cup of the caramel sauce onto the bottom of the pie crust and spread into an even layer.
Sprinkle ½ cup chopped pecans evenly over the caramel layer.
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together JELL-O Vanilla Flavor Instant Pudding (both packets), milk, pumpkin, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
Stir in 1½ cups of the COOL WHIP Topping. Chill pie in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
Top with remaining COOL WHIP Topping, caramel sauce, and pecans just before serving.
