Ingredients
16ozbowtie pasta,cooked and drained in cold water
7ozsun dried tomatoes in oil,(1 jar) drained
1red bell pepper,diced
6½ozsliced olives,(1 can)
1cupspinach
¼cupbasil,chopped
½cupparmesan cheese,grated
¾cupolive oil
2tbspwhite vinegar
2tbspwater
1tspsalt
1tspsugar
1tspdry oregano
1tspdry basil
1clovegarlic
black pepper,to taste
Preparation
In a large bowl combine pasta, sundried tomatoes, bell pepper, olives, spinach, basil, and parmesan cheese. Toss until combined.
In a small bowl whisk olive oil, vinegar, water, salt, sugar, oregano, basil, garlic and salt and pepper.
Drizzle the dressing over the pasta salad and serve. Enjoy!
