Ingredients
3tbspfresh parsley,chopped
1lemon,zested, grated
1garlic clove
3tbspolive oil
4veal loin chops
½tspsalt
¼tspfresh ground black pepper
Preparation
In a small bowl, combine the parsley, lemon zest and garlic.
In a large nonstick frying pan, heat the oil over moderate heat. Sprinkle the chops with the salt and pepper.
Cook the chops for about 5 minutes per side, until just done.
Serve the chops topped with the gremolada, and enjoy!
