Ingredients
18.25ozwhite cake mix
3eggs
¾cupvegetable oil
1cuplemon-lime
3ozinstant pistachio pudding mix
¾cupflaked coconut
¾cuppecans,chopped
1.3ozwhipped topping mix,envelopes
1½cupsmilk
3ozinstant pistachio pudding mix
¾cupwalnuts,chopped
¾cupflaked coconut
Preparation
Mix cake mix, oil, eggs, soda drink, and 1 package pudding well, about 5 minutes. Fold in coconut and nuts. Pour into greased and floured 9×13-inch pan.
Bake at 350 degrees F for 45 minutes. Cool.
Combine dream whip, milk, and 1 package pudding for the pistachio frosting.
Beat until thick. Spread over cake. Sprinkle nuts and coconut on top.
