1boxyellow cake mix
1boxpistachio pudding,4 serving size
½cupcoconut,shredded
½cuppecans,or walnuts, chopped
3tbsplemon-lime soda
2eggs
½cupvegetable oil
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
Mix the cake mix, pistachio pudding, coconut, pecans, soda, eggs, and vegetable oil in a bowl until combined.
Drop the cookie dough onto a parchment-lined pan.
Bake for 9 to 11 minutes or just until edges are browned.
