Ingredients
½cupunsalted butter,softened
½cupgranulated sugar
¼cupbrown sugar
1½cupsall purpose flour
1tspbaking powder
½cupbutterscotch chips
½cupwhite chocolate chips
¼tspsalt
2tspvanilla extract
1egg

Preparation
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F and grease a baking sheet with cooking spray.
In a mixing bowl, sift together flour, baking powder, and salt. Set aside.
In a large mixing bowl, cream together butter and sugars for 8 to 10 minutes, until fluffy and creamy.
Add egg and vanilla extract. Continue creaming.
Fold the sifted flour mixture into the wet mixture until evenly incorporated. Lastly, fold in chocolate and butterscotch chips until evenly incorporated.
Scoop roughly 2-ounce cookie dough onto a greased baking sheet, inches apart from each other.
Bake in the oven for 10 to 12 minutes.
Transfer cookies to a wire rack and let cool before serving. Enjoy!
