8cupsGolden Grahams cereal

5cupsmini marshmallows

9ozwhite chocolate,(baking chocolate), or 1½ cups white chocolate chips

¼cupcaramel ice cream topping

3tbspbutter,or margarine

1cupmini marshmallows

Preparation

Butter a 9×13-inch pan and set aside. Measure out 8 cups of the Golden Grahams cereal, then set aside.

In a large microwavable bowl, combine the mini marshmallows, white chocolate, ice-cream topping, and butter.

Microwave on high for 1 minute, then then stir. Continue to microwave on high until everything is melted, smooth, and creamy. Add in the Golden Grahams, then stir.

Pour the mixture into the 9×13-inch pan, then press to flatten with buttered hands.

Place the mini marshmallows on top of the cereal.

Turn the oven onto broil, then place the pan low in the oven.

Broil the marshmallows until they become lightly toasted. Cool completely, then cut into squares.
