Ingredients
4chicken breasts,boneless skinless, frozen
18ozBBQ sauce,(½ bottle)
¼cupfat-free Italian Salad Dressing
⅛cupbrown sugar
1tbspWorcestershire sauce
1green pepper,chopped
Preparation
Place frozen chicken in the crock pot.
Chop 1 white onion.
In a bowl, mix the BBQ sauce, Italian Dressing, brown sugar, and Worcestershire Sauce.
Pour over chicken.
Top with the pepper and onion.
Cook on Low for 4 to 6 hours. Use 2 forks to shred the chicken.
Cover for about 20 to 30 minutes longer.
