8tbspbutter,unsalted, divided
1¼lblarge shrimp
1pouchTasty Zesty Spice Blend
4cupsbaby spinach,fresh
¼cupParmesan cheese,grated
2tbsplemon juice,fresh
Preparation
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook for about 9 minutes, stirring frequently, until al dente.
Drain the pasta and set aside.
In the same pot, heat 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat. When the butter has melted, add the shrimps and season with the Tasty Zesty Spice Blend seasoning.
Cook for about 3 minutes until the shrimps start to turn pink, but not fully cooked. Add the spinach and cook for about 3 minutes until wilted.
Add the linguine to the pot, along with the remaining 6 tablespoons of butter and Parmesan cheese. Toss until the butter melts and the pasta is well-coated.
Add the lemon juice and toss once more to incorporate.
Serve the pasta hot.
